Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging and original content for various platforms including website, app interfaces, email marketing, and social media to boost user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualise content strategies that align with the brand's objectives and target audience.
  • Ensure that all written content reflects Noon Academy's tone and style, maintaining consistency across all channels.
  • Research industry trends and competitors to keep content fresh, relevant, and informative.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure high-quality, error-free delivery.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Familiarity with digital content creation and SEO practices.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

  • Lead the production of the Women’s 1st team weekly and monthly training schedules.
  • Administer player signings, temporary and permanent transfers, and player contracts.
  • Ensure player eligibility and oversee eligibility criteria for academy players participating with the women’s 1st Team.
  • Check and submit 1st team fixture team line-ups to competition deadlines.
  • Lead pre-match arrangements including travel and logistics.
  • Oversee player registrations and understand the rules surrounding these registrations.
  • Maintain an organized process for training allocation at club facilities.
  • Manage the Kit & Equipment Manager to ensure all squads are properly equipped.
  • Facilitate operations across Women’s first team departments.
  • Comply with all club policies, including Health & Safety and Child Protection.
  • Undertake other duties as requested by the Women’s Sporting Director.
