Join the Accor team as a Receptionist!

At Accor, we believe in the power of hospitality and are dedicated to welcoming our guests with excellence. As part of our reception team, you will assist in providing exceptional personalized service ensuring guest satisfaction during their stay at Novotel Jazan Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be present at the reception desk during check-in and check-out.
  • Warmly welcome all guests while ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and respect their privacy.
  • Manage guest complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with departments for delivering amenities and handling VIP procedures.
  • Build positive relationships with guests and internal teams.

Qualifications:
  • Saudi Nationals Only.
  • Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
  • Basic English skills.
  • Strong passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team player with flexibility.

Additional Information:
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage operations is preferred.
  • Commitment to providing excellent service.
