We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support our Operations Manager. This role requires strong administrative, technical, and communication skills to ensure smooth business operations and successful execution of exhibitions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Master the English language; all work will be conducted in English.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including preparing financial reports, follow-up reports, and monthly analysis.
  • Experience using AutoCAD for reviewing and assisting in floor plans and technical layouts.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and executing exhibitions.
  • Support in floor marking for each show and checking floor plans.
  • Help in decision-making for office activities such as production, resale, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure high-quality task execution under manager’s supervision.
  • Deliver projects assigned by the Exhibition Operations Manager.
  • Oversee presentation standards of exhibitions and report faults/maintenance issues.
  • Assist in planning, managing, and controlling budgets for exhibition operations and logistics.
  • Develop innovative and cost-efficient operational solutions.
  • Monitor and control expenditures within business plan limits.
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality services.
  • Follow and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Seek continuous self-development and, if applicable, support subordinate development.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Management Operations, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel (financial & analytical reports).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in exhibitions or operations support is an advantage.
