Reservations Agent

• Assist customers in making reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues during the reservation process.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless coordination of reservations.
• Stay updated on current promotions to provide customers with the best options.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and online booking platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Main duties and responsibilities
Making calls or receiving them from current and potential customers to promote certain products and services, completing sales transactions, contacting current customers to follow up with them, receiving their feedback on products and services, and trying to resolve any issues that may arise. Documenting transactions by filling out forms and registration records, and maintaining a database of calls, results, and actions taken. Arranging visits for sales representatives to promote and sell products and services. Securing customer orders via phone.
Achieving daily and monthly sales targets. • Submitting performance reports to the responsible supervisor.
