We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team at Rayhaan Hotels & Resorts. In this role, you will assist customers in booking reservations for travel, accommodations, or events, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist customers in making reservations via phone, email, or online platforms.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues during the reservation process.
Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless coordination of reservations.
Stay updated on current promotions to provide customers with the best options.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with reservation systems and online booking platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
