Job Summary:
The HR Specialist will be responsible for performing all HR administrative tasks and supporting the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing personnel management. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized professional capable of managing documentation and coordinating recruitment efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all day-to-day HR administrative duties and maintain organized personnel files.
  • Perform full-cycle recruitment, from advertising positions to interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
  • Prepare and process all HR-related documentation including contracts, memos, and reports.
  • Support employee relations and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with Saudi labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:
  • Nationality: Must be a Saudi National.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a human resources role.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Other: Must be able to join immediately.
