Job Announcement – HR Officer
Location: Jeddah – Zehran Business Center

Salsabeel Al-Arabia Company, one of the leading companies in the contracting field, announces its desire to attract a skilled HR Officer with professional experience of 3 to 5 years to join its team and support its expansion plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies in accordance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Managing recruitment processes and attracting talents (preparing job descriptions, interviews, appointments).
  • Supervising employee affairs (contracts, vacations, attendance and departure, end of service).
  • Preparing payrolls, social insurance, and monthly reports.
  • Developing training and development programs and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Monitoring performance evaluations and professional development plans for employees.

Required Qualifications:
  • Proven practical experience of 3 to 5 years in the field of human resources.
  • Complete familiarity with Saudi labor systems and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development procedures.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and computer programs.
  • High skills in communication, problem-solving, and managing teams.
