Join our team as a Procurement Specialist!
This pivotal role is centered around overseeing all procurement activities within our company, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and experience in contract management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all procurement activities and support stakeholders through appropriate processes.
  • Draft proposals to convert repeated purchases into contracts for value creation.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mid to high spend items.
  • Conduct price negotiations and develop competitive pricing structures.
  • Perform risk assessments regarding terms and condition deviations.
  • Review invoices and monitor contract consumption and spend.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure compliance with all policies.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers, including performance reviews and registration.
  • Create documentation for all procurement activities for audit purposes.
  • Resolve contractor disputes in collaboration with relevant departments.

Requirements:
  • 510 years of experience in procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
