Key Responsibilities:- Manage all procurement activities and support stakeholders through appropriate processes.
- Draft proposals to convert repeated purchases into contracts for value creation.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for mid to high spend items.
- Conduct price negotiations and develop competitive pricing structures.
- Perform risk assessments regarding terms and condition deviations.
- Review invoices and monitor contract consumption and spend.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit to ensure compliance with all policies.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, including performance reviews and registration.
- Create documentation for all procurement activities for audit purposes.
- Resolve contractor disputes in collaboration with relevant departments.
Requirements:- 510 years of experience in procurement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
