Job Information:
At Al-Mafareq Al-Awwal (First Facilities) for General Contracts, we are looking for a talented Sales Specialist to join our team in Khobar. Your responsibilities will include generating leads and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through cold calling and digital marketing.
  • Develop plans to target customers and proceed to sign maintenance and operation contracts.
  • Schedule and present sales offers to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and revenues by signing maintenance and operation contracts.

Qualifications:
  • Over two years of successful sales experience in operations and maintenance or construction.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and project management.
  • Previous contract experience through the Etimad platform.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
