Role Overview:
As the Executive Pastry Chef, you will lead our pastry and bakery operations, ensuring that our offerings reflect the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute seasonal, sustainable dessert menus.
  • Ensure exceptional standards of preparation and presentation.
  • Drive innovation in menu development and oversee pastry production for various outlets.
  • Manage food costs, waste, and inventory efficiently.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the pastry team, fostering a positive kitchen culture.
  • Uphold food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices in accordance with HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications:
We seek a candidate with at least 8 years of progressive experience in pastry, including 3 years as an Executive Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or acclaimed pastry environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and creative skills are essential.
