Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and retailers.
Communicate with retailers to assess their needs and provide tailored assistance.
Address queries about products, prices, availability, and services.
Cascade monthly sales targets by POS and conduct store visits for performance monitoring.
Supervise the sales process, ensuring timely payments and collections of receivables.
Keep track of market conditions, product innovations, and competitor activities.
Support in-store marketing activations and ensure stock replenishment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
At least 2 years of experience as an Area Sales Supervisor, preferably in the Beauty Division, along with intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
