Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with suppliers and authorize purchase requisitions and orders.
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring up-to-date market information and product quality.
  • Conduct site visits and food tastings to evaluate vendor quality.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with selected suppliers.
  • Source alternative products while ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:
We seek a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field. Alternatively, candidates with a 2-year degree in Business Administration or a related major and 1 year of experience will also be considered.
