We are looking for a person responsible for supplying the company with products and services that align with the company's budget, and establishing diverse strategies to find purchasing opportunities at reasonable prices and high quality. The main tasks will include:
We are looking for a person responsible for supplying the company with products and services that align with the company's budget, and establishing diverse strategies to find purchasing opportunities at reasonable prices and high quality. The main tasks will include:
- Preparing and implementing purchasing strategies that are suitable for the nature of real estate development projects.
- Managing the purchasing processes of construction materials, finishes, and related services for the projects.
- Negotiating with suppliers and contractors to ensure the best prices, quality, and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Building and developing a database of approved suppliers and contractors and maintaining strategic relationships with them.
- Developing the purchasing team and monitoring employee performance, providing necessary training and guidance to them.
- Coordinating with project management, engineering, and planning departments to ensure timely meeting of purchasing needs.
- Monitoring budgets and costs and providing periodic reports on the state of purchases and supplies.
- Following the application of approved policies and procedures in purchasing management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the real estate development or contracting sector.
- High negotiation and contract management skills.
- Familiarity with procurement and contract systems, as well as local and international standards.
- Proficiency in using ERP programs such as Odoo for managing purchasing, inventory, and contracts.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate the team.
- Preference for experience in the real estate development sector and the ability to start work immediately.
