About the Role:
The Operations Manager – Autos will oversee the operational infrastructure of Soum’s automotive division, ensuring optimized processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will manage dealership managers, inspectors, logistics, order management, customer service, and telesales, driving efficiency and innovation across the board.

About the Role:
The Operations Manager – Autos will oversee the operational infrastructure of Soum’s automotive division, ensuring optimized processes and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will manage dealership managers, inspectors, logistics, order management, customer service, and telesales, driving efficiency and innovation across the board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dealership partnerships, ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding.
- Optimize vehicle inspection processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Streamline order management workflows for fast processing.
- Enhance customer service and telesales operations to improve sales conversion.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that drive efficiency.
- Monitor KPIs and identify bottlenecks to improve performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer journey.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of results-driven excellence.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations, preferably in automotive, marketplace, or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale operations with multiple functions.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record in team management.
- Deep understanding of supply chain and logistics.
- Data-driven approach to optimizing workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and cross-functional collaboration experience.
