Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive GCMO office operation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • Manage the GCMO office operations effectively.
  • Lead the execution of marketing operations projects across various lifecycle stages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establish sound project management practices to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Oversee the GCMO office budget, ensuring strategic resource deployment.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, life sciences, or a related field; a Master's degree or Project Management certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations management with a focus on marketing and communications.
