Planning: Determines the most suitable channels and platforms to reach the target audience.

Negotiation: Negotiates with platforms and media to get the best prices and publication terms.

Buying: Purchases suitable advertising spaces/times for the campaign.

Monitoring: Monitors ad performance (KPIs such as CTR, CPM, ROAS).

Optimization: Adjusts the strategy and reallocates the budget to achieve the best return.

Coordination: Works with the marketing team and designers to ensure ads align with the overall strategy.
