Join Al Tamimi as a Secretary (Legal) / Admin Assistant!
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Secretary to provide administrative support to one or more lawyers at our office. At Al Tamimi & Company, we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive work environment that respects individual differences and promotes diversity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support by transcribing, formatting, and managing legal documents.
  • Assist with billing processes, including preparing invoices and tracking payments.
  • Coordinate scheduling for conferences, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Answer and prioritize incoming communications to lawyers.
  • Organize and maintain legal documents efficiently.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of secretarial experience in a professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with legal documents and terminology.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to foster relationships with lawyers and colleagues.
