AL SAMAH TEEHO Ltd. is seeking a Human Resources Specialist with mid-level experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of modern HR practices and proven experience in the Saudi labor market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • KPI (Key Performance Indicators) and KPS implementation and management.
  • Recruitment, hiring, and attracting top talent in Saudi Arabia.
  • Full handling of government HR platforms such as Mudad, Qiwa, MOL (Ministry of Labor), contracts management, and processes for exit/re-entry visas and other related services.
  • HR performance management systems.
  • HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 35 years of HR experience, with proven experience in the Saudi labor market.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government HR platforms.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
