Roles & Responsibilities:- Handle and follow up on daily HR operations, including contracts, attendance & leave management, and employee exit procedures.
- Maintain and update employee records and files in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Ensure full compliance with the Saudi Labor Law and related HR regulations.
- Support the development and enhancement of HR policies and internal procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations, with comprehensive knowledge of the Saudi Labor Law and its updates.
- Strong commitment, sense of responsibility, and organizational skills.
