Human Resources Manager

Human Resources and Supply Chain Director Tasks: Preparation and implementation of human resources policies in accordance with labor regulations. Supervising recruitment, attraction, training, and employee development. Follow-up on employee affairs (contracts, salaries, vacations, end of service). Performance management, motivation, and building a positive work environment. Coordinating requests from suppliers and following up on limited purchase orders.

A human resources manager is required to work in a leading company, with at least 5 years of experience in the field of human resources management. Responsibilities include: developing and implementing human resources strategies, managing recruitment and training processes, developing internal policies and regulations, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. The candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to build effective professional relationships, and experience in electronic human resources systems, with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of mentoring experience in human resources.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
• Professional command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, or communications.

Recommended Qualifications:

• Business understanding of software sales in high tech companies.
• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
