Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Management: Register incoming products, compile documentation, update product status in the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and submit necessary documents to finance.
• Verify the accuracy of the quantity of goods received against orders.
• Ensure that all products received are in good condition to minimize trade returns.

Inventory Control:

• Record stocks removed from storage and track the inventory of raw materials.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts to replenish as per business needs.

Customer Orders:

• Consolidate orders from the customer service team and ensure timely processing in the system.
• Serve as the liaison between the sales and logistics teams to guarantee prompt product dispatch.
• Communicate any returns or issues that occur during delivery to the sales team.

Requirements:

• A degree or diploma is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role within a production or distribution setting.
• Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
