Teaching and Training: Deliver lessons in an interactive manner that encourages participation, simplifying grammar and vocabulary, utilizing active learning and real-life simulations.
Assessment and Follow-up: Prepare quizzes and assignments to track progress, provide individual feedback to students, and report on their performance to management as needed.
Classroom Management: Create a motivating and positive learning environment, fostering teamwork and communication skills among students.
Content Development: Continuously update teaching materials to meet students' needs using multimedia resources, interactive presentations, and educational games.
Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest teaching strategies and language instruction methods by attending workshops and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CELTA, TESOL, TEFL preferred).
Minimum of two years of prior experience in teaching English or training.
Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written (certificates such as IELTS or TOEFL with high scores preferred).
