Responsibilities:- Lesson Planning and Preparation: Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with course objectives and the learners' proficiency levels.
- Teaching and Training: Deliver lessons in an interactive manner that encourages participation, simplifying grammar and vocabulary, utilizing active learning and real-life simulations.
- Assessment and Follow-up: Prepare quizzes and assignments to track progress, provide individual feedback to students, and report on their performance to management as needed.
- Classroom Management: Create a motivating and positive learning environment, fostering teamwork and communication skills among students.
- Content Development: Continuously update teaching materials to meet students' needs using multimedia resources, interactive presentations, and educational games.
- Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest teaching strategies and language instruction methods by attending workshops and training sessions.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CELTA, TESOL, TEFL preferred).
- Minimum of two years of prior experience in teaching English or training.
- Advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written (certificates such as IELTS or TOEFL with high scores preferred).
