As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience while evaluating guest satisfaction and setting department targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends for continuous improvement
