متطلبات الوظيفة:
  • شهادة بكاليوس في الإعلان والاتصال التسويقي، العلاقات العامة، أو السكرتارية التنفيذية.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة.
  • شهادات مثل (MOS)، (CCNA) ستكون ميزة إضافية.
  • مهارات متقدمة في خدمة العملاء، التوكيد على الجودة، وإدارة تجربة العميل.
  • القدرة على التحدث باللغة الإنجليزية مستوى متوسط والرغبة في التعلم والتطوير.

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and follow up on customer and contractor inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Follow up on all projects registered on the platform and ensure they are progressing correctly.
  • Coordinate between the client and the contractor from the moment the order is registered until the project is completed.
  • Follow up on contractor requests (subscriptions, proposals, technical inquiries).
  • Manage client and contractor complaints and work on finding quick solutions.
  • Document all notes and requests in the system (CRM).
  • Submit periodic reports on active projects and client status.
