We are looking for a "Salesperson" to work in one of its branches.

The primary responsibility is to assist customers in choosing glasses and eye care products, achieve sales goals, and ensure a distinctive customer experience within the store.

Main Tasks:

  • Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing the right products.

  • Achieving the specified sales targets for the branch.

  • Arranging and organizing products inside the store and maintaining the general appearance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers.

  • Working days: 6 days a week, 8 working hours including 1 hour break

  • Flexibility to work with changing shifts (one shift work but it can be changed as needed)

  • Available shifts (Morning shift: 900 AM – 500 PM or Evening shift: 330 PM – 1130 PM)

  • Enthusiasm and willingness to develop and grow professionally

Job Summary:
Develop, follow up, and maintain continuous good customer relationships within the division's administrative, financial, and procedural objectives, as set by divisional management.   • Organize corporate launch activities, including seminars and exhibitions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Aptitude:
Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Administration / Vocational/technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical
Knowledge: Experience in Sales approaches, engineering principles.
Technical Skills: Good communication skills and Strong Analytical skills. Excellent in PowerPoint Presentations and Excel.
Language Skills: Fluency in English. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience: Min. 5 years' experience in industrial equipment sales.
