We offer reliable, efficient, and secure land freight services, including Dry and Temperature-Controlled options for both Full Truckload (FTL) and Less-than-Truckload (LTL) shipments.
As we expand our footprint, we seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive our growth. This results-driven individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships to achieve ambitious sales targets for our diverse freight services.

As we expand our footprint, we seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive our growth. This results-driven individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing relationships to achieve ambitious sales targets for our diverse freight services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base for FTL, LTL, temperature-controlled, and dry freight services.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their logistics needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and service agreements to potential and existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for our clients.
- Stay ahead of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in the transportation and 3PL sector is mandatory.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive logistics environment.
- In-depth knowledge of land freight services, including FTL, LTL, temperature-controlled (cold chain), and dry cargo.
- A strong, existing network of contacts within the manufacturing, FMCG, pharmaceutical, retail, or other relevant sectors in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
