Join Fluke Corporation as a Technical Sales Manager!
As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll be a self-starter responsible for planning and conducting visits to promote Fluke Industrial tools and develop the Fluke business in KSA. Your role is crucial in achieving multi-million-dollar revenue targets through diverse activities including visits, roadshows, presentations, seminars, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Acknowledge and achieve sales quotas while identifying new business opportunities in target market verticals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to devise effective sales strategies.
  • Engage with distributor sales teams to ensure they are informed about Fluke products.
  • Conduct customer visits and presentations, assessing and qualifying customer needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive funnel tracking in CRM and complete administrative reporting.
Team Dynamics:
You’ll work within an international team spread across the Middle East, Europe, and the USA, sharing a commitment to excellence and innovation.

Experience Required:
  • 58 years of successful relevant experience in sales, preferably within the test & measurement sector.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in end-user sales and account management.
Skills:
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
  • Strong capabilities in communication, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Adaptable with an analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to travel across KSA.
