Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide reception services for guests to achieve positive outcomes from their queries.
  • Ensure efficient check-in/out processes and complete necessary audits.
  • Communicate relevant feedback from guests to the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors.
  • Uphold high standards of customer service at all times.
  • Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services through up-selling techniques.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
  • Assist other departments as necessary.

What We Are Looking For: A successful candidate will exhibit:
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • Completed high school certificate or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
