About the Job
We are seeking a talented and creative graphic designer to join our team at Autobia. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring visual concepts to life. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to create compelling designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop innovative and visually appealing designs for digital and print materials, including marketing campaigns, social media graphics, brochures, posters, website elements, business cards, and more.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines and maintain a consistent look across all platforms.
  • Collaborative Work: Work closely with internal departments to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet objectives.
  • Concept Development: Generate creative ideas and concepts, presenting them to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
  • Production Management: Prepare and deliver final artwork in required formats, ensuring designs are print-ready or optimized for digital use.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and integrate fresh ideas into projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Address design challenges effectively, offering innovative solutions to meet project needs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other relevant tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and skills.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
