Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of key strategic accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned with clients’ business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services.
  • Engage clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for effective solution delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience.
