Join Mitel as a Channel Sales Manager!
At Mitel, you'll have the chance to contribute to business success by connecting and collaborating with key partners in Saudi Arabia. The Channel Account Manager (CAM) role is critical for driving revenue growth within our organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with channel partners by identifying and onboarding new ones.
  • Manage and expand existing channel relationships to increase market penetration.
  • Own sales execution, including developing quotes and meeting revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans.
  • Ensure partners are trained on Mitel Solutions and facilitate technical enablement.
  • Stay informed on market dynamics and competitive activities.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and coordinate alignment with Mitel Leadership.
  • Run co-branded marketing campaigns tailored for the Saudi market.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or IT (MBA preferred).
  • 58 years of experience in channel sales or partner account management.
  • Deep understanding of channel dynamics in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven success in building and scaling channel ecosystems in competitive markets.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.

Additional Skills:
  • Alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
  • Willing to travel across KSA and attend meetings in the UAE.
