Key Responsibilities:

• Writing briefs and managing third-party agencies.
• Performing market research for competitive landscape analysis.
• Building relationships with vendors, agencies, real estate developers, and other stakeholders.
• Developing a brand strategy that fosters brand equity for Bayut.
• Designing and implementing marketing campaigns to improve product uptake and brand equity.
• Accomplishing marketing objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising and promotional programs.
• Researching new marketing platforms and creative mediums to promote sales.
• Planning and executing company events.
• Developing and maintaining PR strategies.
• Managing ATL & BTL budgets for maximum value.
• Planning, directing, and monitoring social media strategies and activities.
• Managing lead management campaigns for effective sales.
• Tracking and reporting marketing performance to top management.
• Working on special projects given by management.

Requirements:

• BS(Hons) degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 24 years of experience in Real Estate preferred.
• Proficient in marketing tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with a flexible approach.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage workload effectively.

About the Role: We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Senior Marketing Specialist at Perfect Vision. As a leading provider of advanced safety and monitoring solutions in the GCC, our aim is to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing operations. This role offers an opportunity to take the lead in our team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing and telesales team.
• Lead B2B customer acquisition and lead generation efforts.
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns including telesales, digital, and email.
• Oversee and manage CRM and sales tracking mechanisms using Odoo ERP.
• Align local marketing strategies with eCommerce and international sales.
• Monitor team performance and conduct regular training to enhance skillsets.
• Coordinate closely with headquarters and export teams for operational synergy.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years in management roles focusing on export operations, telesales, or B2B marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in B2B.
• Strong experience with Odoo ERP systems (CRM/Sales).
• Familiarity with eCommerce marketing principles and optimizing customer experiences.
• Excellent leadership abilities and team-building skills.
• Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• A strategic thinker capable of independent work and managing cross-functional initiatives.

The Purpose of the Job

Managing the facility's presence on social media platforms, and creating effective digital advertising campaigns targeting current and new customers, contributing to raising brand awareness and increasing sales.

• Managing the company's accounts on various social media platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

• Preparing and implementing digital marketing plans in accordance with the company's strategy.

• Creating and managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms and measuring their results.

• Preparing periodic performance reports to measure success indicators (Reach, Engagement, Conversion).

• Innovating attractive marketing content (text – images – short videos).

• Staying updated on modern trends in digital marketing and market competitors.

• Collaborating with the design and sales team to achieve shared goals.
