About the Role: We are excited to announce an opening for the position of Senior Marketing Specialist at Perfect Vision. As a leading provider of advanced safety and monitoring solutions in the GCC, our aim is to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing operations. This role offers an opportunity to take the lead in our team based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing and telesales team.
  • Lead B2B customer acquisition and lead generation efforts.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns including telesales, digital, and email.
  • Oversee and manage CRM and sales tracking mechanisms using Odoo ERP.
  • Align local marketing strategies with eCommerce and international sales.
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular training to enhance skillsets.
  • Coordinate closely with headquarters and export teams for operational synergy.

What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years in management roles focusing on export operations, telesales, or B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong experience with Odoo ERP systems (CRM/Sales).
  • Familiarity with eCommerce marketing principles and optimizing customer experiences.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and team-building skills.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • A strategic thinker capable of independent work and managing cross-functional initiatives.

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage workload effectively.
