About the Role:
As a Reservations Agent at Mandarin Oriental, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences through effective reservation management. You will be a part of a premier hotel group that emphasizes luxury service and refinement.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer the hotel’s main telephone line and connect callers to the appropriate extensions.
