Job Duties:
  • Issue purchase orders based on material requirements.
  • Execute Category Management strategies according to established policies.
  • Expedite orders to address manufacturing and project demands.
  • Analyze and resolve Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt issues with assistance.
  • Assist in creating Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and organizing competitive biddings to obtain best prices.
  • Evaluate supplier performance.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, a completion of an undergraduate degree in a technical, business, or related discipline is required. Knowledge of SAP Purchase to Pay is desirable.

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential for effective communication with internal parties and global suppliers.
  • Must currently reside in Dammam.
  • Advanced skills in using procurement-related ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
