In this pivotal role, you will be focusing on project timeline management and execution within the oil and gas sector. ROSEN Group is a global leader in asset integrity management with a commitment to providing cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Schedule Lead for assigned projects.
  • Create initial project timetables aligning with contractual obligations and resource availability.
  • Obtain agreement on baseline schedules from relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines and provide adjustment scenarios as necessary.
  • Regularly update schedules and address any schedule impacts from project events.
  • Facilitate proactive communication among team members and escalate deviations when necessary.
  • Document lessons learned and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proven experience in Project Coordination and Document Control.
  • Time management skills with respect to deadlines.
  • Experience in the oil and gas sector is advantageous.
