Responsibilities:
•Design professional and attractive posts of high quality that reflect the identity of the content.
•Create creative, high-quality, and interactive content in a strong style suitable for each platform (Snap, Instagram, X, TikTok).
•Produce daily outputs ready for publication according to an agreed plan.
•Assist in innovating new ideas for TikTok and YouTube content in line with the founder's style.
•Analyze and monitor competitors to discover trending content patterns and provide competitive and impactful ideas.
•Ensure that the content is diverse, useful, and continuously serves brand growth.
•Commit to daily work and deliver tasks with high quality and professionalism.

Requirements:
•Practical experience in designing and managing content on social media platforms.
•High ability to produce clean and professional designs.
•Skill in writing and formulating creative texts and crafting hooks and CTAs.

We are looking for a part-time remote freelancer to join our team, taking on customer service tasks and communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and others in a personal and friendly manner.

Tracking new orders on the Salla/Zid/Amazon/Noon platforms with limited permissions.

Ensuring shipment of orders and coordinating with the shipping company or warehouse when necessary.

Following up on incomplete orders and communicating with customers with reminder messages such as: "You forgot your cart."

Offering simple incentive offers when needed to encourage order completion.

Communicating with customers after the sale until the order is delivered or returned if necessary.


Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or communication via social media.

Strong communication skills and a polite, friendly manner.

Commitment to accurately tracking orders and coordinating with relevant parties.

The ability to work remotely with flexibility and professionalism.

Commitment to working 34 hours per day intermittently, with presence 3 days a week for task follow-up or as needed by agreement.
