Project Management Specialist

Your main task is to bring new clients to the agency. You explain our services to them clearly and attractively. You follow up with them until a work contract is signed. You are the link between the client and the agency. Your goal is to expand our client network and build long-term relationships with them.

Job Description: We are looking for a professional and motivated sales representative to join our team in the field of digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales process, from initial communication with potential clients to successfully closing deals. This role requires prior experience in digital marketing, as well as strong persuasive skills and the ability to understand client needs and provide effective and convincing marketing solutions. Responsibilities: Conduct sales meetings with potential clients in the field of digital marketing and present attractive and convincing offers. Prepare for meetings in advance by understanding the client’s needs and how our marketing services can meet them. Build strong and lasting relationships with clients through smart communication and ongoing follow-up. Close sales deals smartly and achieve specific goals. Overcome client objections and convince them of the added value we provide in the field of digital marketing. Commission System: Work on a commission-only basis, with no base salary. The commission is calculated as follows: One thousand (1000) riyals commission for each sale deal worth five thousand (5000) riyals. This means that the commission is one thousand riyals for every five thousand riyals of the value of the deal. The minimum sale deal is five thousand (5000) riyals for the company. Requirements: Previous experience in the field of digital marketing and its services. Excellent communication and persuasive skills. The ability to work independently and achieve goals. A deep understanding of client needs in the field of digital marketing.
