About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and following up on the delivery of products and services required by the Resort. You will ensure purchases align with our procurement policies, budget standards, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase products and services as requested by departments.
• Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and obtain competitive quotes.
• Track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update system data.
• Assist with inventory management and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 12 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing systems (*, BirchStreet) is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage spa reservations and booking systems efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries regarding spa services.
• Assist guests in selecting treatments based on their needs.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and amendments accurately.
• Conduct guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain the reception area and ensure cleanliness.
• Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
• Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels of spa supplies.
