Join Our Team as a Lifeguard!

At InterContinental, we are dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking a Lifeguard who is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at our pools, beach, and water facilities. If you are vigilant and service-oriented, we want you on our team!

Your Responsibilities:
  • Monitor guest activity in and around the pool and beach.
  • Prevent accidents and respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Administer First Aid or CPR when needed.
  • Ensure all safety equipment is functioning and in place.
  • Enforce pool and beach rules respectfully.
  • Support the daily cleaning and maintenance of water facilities.
  • Assist guests with inquiries in a friendly manner.
Requirements:
  • Certified in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid.
  • Previous lifeguarding experience preferred.
  • Strong swimming skills and calmness under pressure.
  • Proactive with excellent observation skills.
  • Positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset.
  • Willing to work outdoors, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
