Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving Goods: Accept, unload, and accurately record incoming shipments.
  • Stock Organization: Arrange, store, and label items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare items for customer and internal orders.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock checks, assist in cycle counts, and report any discrepancies.
  • Dispatching: Prepare and load outgoing shipments as per schedules and procedures.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines, hygiene practices, and housekeeping standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and quality control departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
  • Inventory Management: Strong ability to organize products and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate counting, labeling, and documentation of items.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry heavy items, and handle physical warehousing tasks.
  • Time Management: Complete tasks on time and follow shipment schedules.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively and cooperatively with colleagues.
  • Basic Technical Skills: Competent in using warehouse equipment such as scanners, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
