Vehicle Rental Agent

Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Receiving customers and welcoming them and assisting them in selecting the right car for their needs. 2. Clearly explaining the terms and conditions of the rental to customers and ensuring their understanding before signing the contract. 3. Preparing and organizing rental contracts and ensuring the accuracy of the required data and documents (driving license, ID, credit card). 4. Delivering cars to customers after ensuring cleanliness and inspecting them and ensuring the safety of equipment and accessories. 5. Receiving cars upon return and inspecting them to ensure there are no damages or violations, and documenting that in the system. 6. Following up on reservations via phone or email and confirming them on time. 7. Keeping accurate records of contracts, payments, and daily reservations. 8. Handling customer complaints and solving problems to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies. 9. Achieving the monthly sales targets set by the company management. 10. Complying with safety and security policies and maintaining the company's assets (cars, equipment, documents).

Requirements:

• Saudi male/female
• Qualification: Secondary school or equivalent
• Experience of six months to a year

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in choosing the appropriate car
• Preparing contracts and necessary documents to complete the rental process
• Clearly explaining rental terms and conditions to customers
• Monitoring reservations and ensuring the availability of required cars
• Addressing any issues or inquiries during the rental period
• Maintaining accurate transaction records and communicating with customers
