Job Announcement - Baklava and Turkish Sweets Chef

We are looking for a chef specialized in preparing baklava and Turkish sweets to join our team.
It is required that the applicant has extensive practical experience in traditional Eastern and Turkish sweets, especially baklava of various types.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Preparing and serving baklava and Turkish sweets with high quality and authentic taste.
•Developing innovative recipes while maintaining the traditional character.
•Monitoring cleanliness and food safety standards within the kitchen.
•Managing and organizing work within the pastry department.

Requirements:
•Experience of no less than 3 years in the field of Turkish sweets.
•Proficiency in the methods of making baklava, qatayef, kunafa, and Eastern sweets.
•The ability to work under pressure and maintain quality.
•Commitment and discipline in working hours.
