🎶 We are looking for a creative and flexible person to assist in managing social media accounts and ad campaigns, and be the right hand for a visually impaired musician on their journey of development and outreach.

📝 Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube).

• Manage digital advertising campaigns and allocate budgets wisely.

• Organize daily tasks and monitor work progress.

• Assist in professional mobile photography (photos and videos).

• Create engaging and innovative content that aligns with the artistic identity.

• Participate in proposing new ideas for development and increasing outreach.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms.

• Good knowledge of setting up and managing advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).

• Creativity in producing visual and written content.

• Skill in mobile photography + basic video and image editing.

• Flexibility in working hours and a proactive spirit.

• Ability to work in a hybrid model (some tasks remotely and others in person).

🌟 Preferred:

• Previous experience in the artistic or musical field.

• Familiarity with lightweight editing software (CapCut, VN, InShot).

• High organizational skills and time management.

Required tasks:
•
Managing and photographing mobile content (video and images).
•
Monitoring social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter...).
•
Coordinating with advertising and marketing teams.
•
Supporting advertising campaigns.
•
Assisting with daily and marketing tasks.
•
Attending some events/parties as agreed.
•
Using Excel and Word programs flexibly.

• Develop and implement the social media strategy to drive engagement and growth across various platforms.
• Create and curate engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for different social media channels.
• Monitor social media channels and respond to audience inquiries and comments promptly.
• Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, PR, and digital, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and budget planning.
• Lead and mentor junior team members in social media best practices and content development.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 57 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and engagement strategies.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Experience in managing teams and projects effectively.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
