We are a leading Saudi company that creatively blends technology across multiple specialized brands. We are seeking a Technical Sales Employee to achieve sales targets for our company’s technical solutions and services by attracting new customers and maintaining existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers in the technical market (businesses, institutions, individuals).
- Present tailored technical and commercial proposals highlighting the value of products and services.
- Explain technical solutions in a simplified manner to non-specialist clients, emphasizing competitive advantages.
- Coordinate with the development/support team to address technical inquiries.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure contract continuation and renewals.
- Attend technical and commercial meetings and specialized exhibitions to raise product awareness.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and share market insights with management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technical sales (software, SaaS solutions, hardware, or tech services).
- Strong understanding of technical concepts (Cloud, SaaS, ERP, POS, Cybersecurity).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to speak both technical and commercial language.
- Aptitude for analyzing customer needs and connecting them with presented solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and presentation tools.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (preferred).
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
