The Sales Manager will drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities, focusing on the Riyadh market. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience and established networks within corporate, government, and leisure sectors to ensure market penetration and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in Riyadh, including corporate accounts and government entities.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing to design promotions and campaigns for the Riyadh market.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows and networking events in Riyadh.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 35 years of sales experience within the hospitality industry in Riyadh.
- Strong knowledge of the local corporate and government market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Results-oriented and a proactive team player.
