We are looking for a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition in our Riyadh office. This position plays a crucial role in our EMEA Talent Acquisition team, focusing on recruitment needs across the Middle East.

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from initial briefing to offer process.
- Conduct research into target organizations, especially the ‘Big 4’ firms.
- Maintain accurate market and candidate information on internal systems.
- Produce reports for update meetings and track recruitment progress.
- Manage local graduate & internship programs and participate in career fairs.
- Build relationships for candidate referrals and update candidates throughout the interview process.
- Stay current with candidate identification tools and proactive networking.

Qualifications:
- 610 years of recruitment experience in a professional services environment.
- Fluency in Arabic & English is essential.
- Experience with recruitment innovation and creativity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and interact at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs and HRIS systems is preferred.
