Position Overview:
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle for various professional services roles across our organization. Your role will involve:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the specifications and objectives for manufacturing operations roles.
- Developing tailored sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Conducting behavioral and functional interviews to assess candidates' fit.
- Maintaining accurate candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Building and nurturing candidate relationships to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of recruiting experience, especially in roles such as finance, legal, HR, and operations.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems, with experience in Greenhouse preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
