• Maintain the file keeping system at the reception and update it regularly according to CBRE procedures, adhering to health and safety procedures and reporting any hazards, and attend CBRE training.

• Receive all mail shipments and keep a record of all received shipments.

• Ensure compliance with the security and emergency procedures for clients at all times and participate actively in building evacuations according to the incident control procedures.

• Follow-up on attendance and absence records and update the list regularly.

• Collaborate with colleagues to share daily reports and information in a constructive manner.
